To request a repeat prescription, by the following methods:

 

• Come into the surgery,

• Send a fax with your request or

• Sending us a self-addressed envelope with your request (which we will post back to you with your prescription)

 

We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone to avoid mistakes.
